TAJ MAHAL INDIAN RESTAURANT, Marbella
The Taj Mahal Restaurant is probably the best Indian restaurant on the Costa del Sol, certainly a favourite in Marbella. The Taj Mahal is a friendly, warm and inviting Family-run restaurant in the heart of the Golden Mile, Marbella.
It specialises in traditional Southern Indian cuisine. Taj Mahal is very much a family restaurant, where all dishes are prepared expertly by Nazila and Fowziya, the wife and sister, respectively, of owner, Wahid from Sri Lanka, taking full advantage of the restaurant's clay Tandoori oven.
Vegetarians are extremely well catered for, as is evident from the comprehensive menu (right) which includes over 20 vegetarian dishes. For the rest of us, Five Continent Group recommends the Garlic Chilli Chicken, a flagship dish for Taj Mahal and popular in both restaurants (The family also own Taj Mahal in Nueva Andalucia (La Campana).
The Taj Mahal Restaurant is available for private hire for functions & parties, and opens daily for Lunch (except Fridays) & Dinner.
